How the Calculator Builds Your Range

The tool combines your project type, approximate size, access answers, ZIP code, and the crew time those imply. Each answer makes the result more relevant to your property than a generic national demolition average.

Structure type, size, and stories

Pick a house, mobile home, or outbuilding, then enter the approximate square footage and number of stories. Mobile homes take a different path: single-wide or double-wide sets the expected size and work duration.

ZIP code and disposal planning

Your ZIP code points the calculator at the closest disposal facility and its rate. Debris has to be loaded, hauled, and accepted somewhere, and a Chico job does not dispose the same way a Sacramento job does.

Pool size, access, and removal scope

For a pool, choose small or large, good or limited equipment access, and partial fill or full removal. Those three answers set the expected day range for breaking concrete and handling the debris.

What Your Range Includes

Cleanup is included in every Demo Patrol quote, so the scope covers more than taking the structure down. It also covers the debris the work creates and the jobsite cleanup that follows.

The online result is an informed starting point based on what you enter. It is not a fixed quote, because masonry, heavy debris, hidden construction, and site restrictions often only show up in person.

Permit coordination is part of the job. Government permit fees are charged by your jurisdiction and are not represented in the calculator result.

What It Cannot See

  • Asbestos survey results
  • Local permit fees
  • Tree removal
  • Tight equipment access
  • Buried foundations
  • Fire damage
  • Anything else found on the walkthrough

A demolition permit is required in California. Homes built before 1980 also need an asbestos survey before demolition, and the survey findings can change how the project proceeds.

What Happens After You Submit

The online range and the written quote stay separate on purpose. One gets you planning today. The other is built on confirmed conditions.

  1. 1

    Submit your project details

Project type, size, ZIP code, and the access answers that apply.

  2. 2

Talk with Spencer within one business hour

A short conversation about the structure, the timing, the access, and anything unusual.

  3. 3

    Schedule the free walkthrough

Spencer verifies the scope, equipment access, disposal needs, and site conditions in person.

  4. 4

    Receive the final written price

Built on confirmed conditions, not on the online range.

When to Skip the Calculator and Call

Call directly when the project involves a fire-damaged structure, commercial demolition, several structures on one property, or an insurance claim. Those jobs need a conversation and a site review before a useful range exists.

Fire damage changes structural stability and debris handling. Commercial sites, combined scopes, and insurance work carry documentation and site conditions the standard residential path does not cover.

Call (916) 909-1359 Mon-Sun: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Serving Northern California within a five-hour radius of Loomis.

Instant Quote FAQs

What information does the calculator use?

You pick a house, mobile home, outbuilding, or pool, then give the size, the number of stories or the mobile home width, the pool access and removal scope where that applies, and your ZIP code. The tool uses those inputs to estimate crew time and to identify the closest disposal facility.

What does the demolition range include?

Every Demo Patrol quote includes cleanup along with the structural demolition and debris haul-off. Permit fees, tree removal, hazardous-material requirements, and other site-specific work are priced separately once they are known.

What can change the preliminary range?

Asbestos findings, tight access, buried foundations, fire damage, local permit fees, heavy debris, and anything found on the walkthrough can change the final scope. The calculator cannot inspect those conditions remotely.

What happens after I submit the calculator?

Spencer follows up within one business hour to talk through your submission. A free on-site walkthrough then confirms the details before Demo Patrol provides the final written price.

Is Demo Patrol qualified to perform structural demolition?

Demo Patrol is licensed and insured under CA Contractor #1117491, and the crew is OSHA-10 certified. The company performs residential, mobile home, pool, outbuilding, concrete, commercial, and fire damage demolition across Northern California.
